Privacy Policy

Overview

Cluna Studio lets you create visual projects in your browser. Guest work stays in that browser. When you sign in, a guest draft can move into the account editor; saving it there stores it with your account. This draft covers the free editor and the paid-service processing prepared for launch. Public purchasing is not available yet.

Data We Process

To provide the features you use, Cluna Studio may process:

• Account information used for sign-in, such as email, display name, password credentials or Google sign-in identity.
• Projects, themes, preferences and media you choose to save or upload.
• The ownership, size and usage records needed to enforce account limits and manage your content.
• When you request a voiceover, its text, direction cues, selected catalog voice and generated audio and timing data. When you request cloud rendering, the project and media needed to produce that output.
• For checkout and fulfillment, your account email or existing payment-customer reference, selected offer, transaction and subscription references, payment status, billing amounts and Credit or entitlement records.
• Browser, request and error diagnostics needed to operate and protect the service.
• Aggregate website visit and performance data supplied by Cloudflare.

Guest Drafts

Guest projects are kept in browser storage rather than in a Cluna account. A guest draft can be carried across same-origin pages and into the signed-in editor. Once the authenticated editor receives that handoff, the temporary browser copy is consumed. The draft remains unsaved until you choose Save. Clearing browser data can remove guest work before it is saved.

How Data Is Used

We use account and project data to authenticate you, provide editing and storage, show your saved work, process the downloads you request, enforce service limits, answer support requests, and diagnose failures. We do not sell your project content or use it for advertising.

Third-Party Services

The current service uses these providers for specific tasks:

• Supabase for account authentication and the private project database.
• Cloudflare for website and API delivery, private file storage through R2, bounded diagnostics and aggregate performance reporting.
• Google Sign-In if you choose Google as a sign-in method. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Resend for account-related email such as verification or password recovery.
• Cartesia for requested AI voiceovers. The service sends the text to be spoken, including accepted direction cues, the selected catalog voice and generation settings. Returned audio and timing information are stored as private generated output.
• Dodo Payments for the selected payment integration. Checkout receives your account email or existing payment-customer reference, the selected offer and references needed to fulfill it. Payment and billing details you enter in its hosted checkout are processed by Dodo. Cluna uses returned transaction and subscription records to fulfill purchases. Public purchasing is not available yet.
• Gmail for the support inbox. Email support and reports contain the contact details and material you voluntarily send. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or API keys.

Sharing and Visibility

Your saved projects and uploaded assets are private to your account by default. We share the information needed with the service providers above to deliver Cluna Studio. Public catalog assets are available to all users. We do not provide another user access to your private account content.

Requested cloud video rendering processes the project and required media through the private Cloudflare execution and storage flow. Support review uses material voluntarily supplied with a request or report. It does not grant another user or a product administrator access to your private uploads or outputs.

Data Retention

Saved projects and private uploads remain while your account is active or until you remove them. Cancelling a subscription or exceeding a reduced capacity limit does not delete existing content. Guest data remains in your browser until the handoff is consumed or your browser removes it.

Account deletion stops renewals and removes your Cluna content and account identity. Active work or unresolved payments may need to finish before deletion completes. We retain only necessary payment, refund, dispute and cancellation records, normally for five years after the relevant tax year ends, longer only for a documented legal obligation. These records do not preserve your creative content, credentials or an active account. Dodo separately retains transaction information under its own legal obligations.

Security

The service uses encrypted HTTPS connections and account-bound access checks for private content. No online service can promise absolute security. Do not send passwords, recovery links or payment details through support email.

Your Controls

You can edit or delete saved projects and uploads, sign out, or delete your account from the Account tab. If you cannot reach the app, contact us using the email below for an account or privacy request. Browser controls can remove unsaved guest drafts.

Age Requirement

Cluna Studio is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the report and respond appropriately.
